There are days when we need to set aside our interests and step out of our own little worlds to see the bigger picture – the good, the bad, and the ugly. We have all faced challenges in life at one point or another, and while we tiptoe through life seeking that perfect balance, it’s easy to tilt towards the darker side and lose our focus. I’ve found that the best way to help oneself in difficult times is to focus on others who need help and to make the most of the time we’ve been given on this planet.
Until a few months ago, I would have probably said that it was up to us to create our own reality with our thoughts, ideas, and attitudes. But now, I understand that life is not as simple as that. Some are dealt hands they have no control over. This is why today I feel inspired to write about children. Why? Because everyone deserves a good start in life, and what they do with that is up to them and their destiny.
