As they say, it’s all about perspective. This lake may not be crystal clear or an idyllic lake for a swim but on a hot summers day when it feels like the entire town is burning, this lake probably makes itself more inviting than ever, especially to these local kids.
Umred has one Swimming Pool operated by Nagar Parishad and is open to people for a fee. So, either these kids do not know about the pool or they are just in for the FREE fun dives.
Although from my perspective it made sense to keep my feet dry at the shore, but it was quite satisfying to watch these kids create good splashing moments by making the most of what they have got.
