Revisiting – WCL – Picnic Spot

This post that I am about to write, takes me back to the past (No, not that long ago).

I am going back to the place from my post – here is the link. Below are the pictures of the dam on the river that flows through the picnic spot.

I was born in Umred and completed my primary education here and yet I had no idea this place existed before this day.

At the time of writing my previous post, I’d found the place eerily deserted and hauntingly devoid of any human life. Well, guess what? It’s not really that eerie or haunting after all. During my recent visit to the place, I met a clever bunch – students from the Umrer, Engineering College; who were probably there to enjoy the view after the day in college.

I left the place wondering about their source of amazing energy under the hot sun that could drive anyone crazy. Maybe that’s what it was – the crazy sun energy. 🙂

I wish I could get to know all of them better but for now I have their pictures and I have their permission to share these on Umred.Net.
